How long you will wait: I read that address in the evenings, so expect a reply within a couple of days. If you write during a regatta weekend it will probably be Monday.
What helps: Which watch you are on, which sequence you had loaded, and what the screen said when it went wrong. A photo of the watch is worth a paragraph.
Asking to be a tester: The app is on Google Play's internal testing track and not on the public store yet. Email the address above and I will add you.

Known issues

These are open and being worked on. They are listed here rather than left for you to discover.

On Do Not Disturb the tones are silent. The watch tells you so during the race, and every cue still reaches your wrist as vibration — the gun included.
If a cue is dropped or cut short mid-race, the app does not tell you it happened.
If Android blocks the foreground service, the app offers to send you to the right settings screen, but that screen cannot clear the block.
The display can stick 180° round. That is a fault in the watch rather than in the app, and the cause is still being chased.
